Shipment

SHIPMENT OF YOUR ORDER


Shipping costs are calculated on a one-off basis in the quote.


Deliveries are not made on Saturdays, Sundays or public holidays. Orders placed at weekends or on public holidays are prepared during the next available working day. Orders or payment confirmations received after 18:00 hrs are considered to have reached us, and will be processed, on the next working day.


When an order is confirmed, it is prepared for shipment and consigned to the courier.
The courier takes about 3/5 working days to deliver shipments, calculated from when it received the product.


In Sicily, the courier takes about 1/2 working days. At holiday times, deliveries may take up to 5-7 working days.

TRACK YOUR ORDER
You’ll receive an email when your order is ready for shipment, enabling you to track your pack. If you haven’t received the email, check your Spam folder.

RIGHT OF WITHDRAWAL - EXCLUSIONS
Please bear in mind that the right to withdraw from the purchase contract does not apply to professional, non-consumer customers or in case of the supply of bespoke, custom-produced items such as Labels customised first with the Configurator and then with the Graphic Artist on the basis of the Customer’s specific requirements. The right to withdraw from the contract to purchase Labels does not apply if the Customer is a Professional user under art. 3, para 1, point c) of Italian Legislative Decree no. 206/2005 (Consumer Code) or in the circumstances covered by art. 59, point c) of the said Consumer Code.


Application of the right to withdraw from the contract for consumers for NON custom-produced Labels


If the Customer is a Consumer Customer as defined by art. 18, para 1, point a) of the Consumer Code (Legislative Decree no. 206 of 6 September 2005) and has purchased NON custom-produced Labels, i.e. created without the aid of the Configurator, the Graphic Artist or any other form of bespoke creation, under art. 52 of Leg. Dec. no 206/2005 (Consumer Code) the Customer has a period of grace of 14 (fourteen) days during which they may withdraw from the contract to purchase only NON custom-produced Labels purchased by the Customer as a consumer user via the Web Page, without having to provide any justification or meet any costs other than those envisaged by article 56, para 2 and article 57 of Leg. Dec. no. 206/2005 (Consumer Code). This period of grace ends 14 days after the day when the Customer, or a third party other than the carrier and designated by the Customer, gains physical possession of the Labels or: (i) if the Customer ordered several packs of Labels under the same order and they were consigned separately, after the day when the Customer, or a third party other than the carrier and designated by the Customer, gains physical possession of the last pack.
Within the term established by this article, the Customer may exercise the right to withdraw from the purchase contract by the following means:

● by contacting Auroflex at info@auroflex.it


Within 14 (fourteen) days after notification of their intention to withdraw from the contract, the Customer must return the Labels by sending them to the address sent by Auroflex to the email contact address entered in the withdrawal request form, by the procedures specified by Auroflex. Costs for return of the Labels are only payable by the Customer if they choose to use a forwarder different from the one designated by Auroflex or if the Labels cannot be returned via ordinary mail through Poste Italiane (art. 57 Leg. Dec. no. 206/2005). Physical Products must be returned intact, unused and undamaged.

Auroflex will refund all sums paid by the Customer in full, including any delivery costs, except in the circumstances referred to by the aforesaid art. 57 Leg. Dec. no. 206/2005, within 30 (thirty) days after the date when Auroflex receives the Labels returned by the Customer or the moment when the Customer provides proof that the labels have been shipped back, depending on which occurs first. Auroflex will make the said refund by the payment method used by the Customer for the initial transaction, unless otherwise agreed between the Parties and provided the Customer does not have to meet additional costs arising from this refund.
