Enofocus 2023 will be held on 2 and 3 March , an event organized by Assoenologi Sicilia in collaboration with the University of Palermo - Department of Agricultural, Food and Forestry Sciences under the patronage of the Italian Academy of Vine and Wine.
In the two days of work, 19 interventions are planned for a broad and complete overview of the future of oenology.
There will be two intense days dedicated to research, innovation in the oenological field, training and information.
